Whisky Sweet Balsamic Dressing

Little Doone Foods are a small family run business based just outside the historic town of Stirling in central Scotland.  Their distinctive balsamics are available in a range of unique & intriguing flavours which are delightful with salads, meats, breads & more.

 A good nip of whisky is carefully balanced with sweet balsamic dressing to give a beautifully smooth and mellow flavour of great depth.

Try with steaks, either as a marinade or after cooking, or serve with haggis, neeps and tatties for a contemporary twist on a Scottish favourite.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (59%) (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour (caramel)) (contains sulphites), Raw Cane Sugar, Whisky (7%), Vanilla Extract, Cocoa Extract, Spices
