The Hearach Oloroso Cask Matured single malt is the second whisky expression from the Isle of Harris Distillery. 

In the far south-western corner of Spain lies the ancient region of Andalusia. Here among hot and dusty hills, the men and women of sherry-makers José y Miguel Martín ‘cooper’ casks with age-old craft and care before they are filled by their wineries in Jerez.

Their Oloroso sherry is a dry, dark and nutty fortified wine and its influence on the wood in turn imparts an unmistakably bold richness to the spirit when the casks finally reach Harris and begin maturing the island whisky far from their original home.

700ml / 46% ABV

Non-chill filtered / No artificial colouring.
