Somerset cider apple dry gin is distilled using the traditional London Dry method in a 50-litre copper still in Frome. When creating their Somerset Cider Apple Gin, Somerset’s own Dabinett apple picked from local orchards are used. This bittersweet apple is perfect for Gin, as it provides a well balanced, fresh and crisp taste.
