Raspberry & White Raspberry Scottish Shortbread

Rich and all butter Scottish shortbread with a hint of raspberry and chunks of white chocolate.

Baked with love by Reid's family bakery near Thurso, Caithness. 

Ingredients: Wheat flour (with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), Butter (milk, salt), Sugar, White Chocolate Chunks (6%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder (milk), lactose (milk), emulsifier (soya lecithin), vanilla extract), Raspberry pieces (6%) (Fruit (concentrated apple puree, raspberry puree), fructose glucose syrup, sugar, humectant (glycerol), wheat fibre, palm fat, concentrates (black carrot, blueberry, black currant) with colouring properties, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, malic acid, flavour), Cornflour, Natural Raspberry flavour.
