Little Doone Foods are a small family run business based just outside the historic town of Stirling in central Scotland.  Their distinctive balsamics are available in a range of unique & intriguing flavours which are delightful with salads, meats, breads & more.

The sharp notes of pure lime zest work with the deep, full flavours of balsamic to create this stunning dressing.

Use to marinade fresh tuna steaks before searing or drizzle over chicken skewers when barbecuing.  Mix some through a fresh salsa to give vibrancy and depth to the flavour.

Ingredients: Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (58.1%) (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colour (caramel)) (contains sulphites), Raw Cane Sugar, Lime Zest (1.6%), Vanilla Extract, Cocoa Extract, Spices
