Kilchoman Rockside 11 Year Old is a distinctive Islay single malt and the island’s only Single Farm Single Malt, crafted entirely on Rockside Farm from barley grown, malted, distilled, matured and bottled on site. Distilled from estate-grown barley harvested over a decade ago, this family-produced expression is lightly peated and matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, creating a beautifully balanced profile. Delicate smoke intertwines with tropical fruit, bright citrus sweetness and warming mixed spices, showcasing the unique character of Kilchoman’s 100% Islay production philosophy. Bottled at 46% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, this 70cl release is a true expression of provenance and traditional farm distilling.
