This delicious jam is handmade in Cumbria using traditional methods. It is superb mix of tart gooseberries & floral elderflower & uses locally sourced produce where possible. This jam adds a tart, fruity twist to many desserts.
Ingredients: Sugar, Gooseberries (52%), Lakes Distillery Gin (5%), Elderflower (1%), Gelling Agent: Pectin. Prepared using 52g fruit per 100g. Total sugar content 65g per 100g.
