Gold of Modena Sweet Balsamic Dressing

Little Doone Foods are a small family run business based just outside the historic town of Stirling in central Scotland.  Their distinctive balsamics are available in a range of unique & intriguing flavours which are delightful with salads, meats, breads & more.

A luscious golden dressing made with white balsamic vinegar from the Modena region of Italy, the flavour is almost honeyed but still sharp and light. This balsamic pairs beautifully with sweet or savoury dishes. Try drizzled over strawberries or kiwi fruit or use as an alternative to traditional balsamic vinegar in recipes.
