Loch Lomond Brewery started life in a humble kitchen in the village of Luss on the shores of Loch Lomond.  This desire to brew beer has developed into a local family business that has won numerous awards for its cask ales.

Cu Mara Spiced rum has a bright golden-amber hue, catching the light like polished mahogany.  The flavour is sweet and full-bodied, with a velvety smooth texture. The initial sweetness carries flavours of butterscotch and toffee which give way to notes of dried apricot and tropical fruit, underscored by a mild, smoky oakiness from the barrel aging. Cinnamon and clove provide a pleasant warmth..
