These Sundried Tomato Oatcakes are made to a traditional Scottish recipe & then given a sumptuous Italian twist. They are delicious served with cheese or eaten on their own with lashings of Scottish butter. They would make also make a colourful & tasty addition to any cheeseboard or platter.

Sugar, Raising Agent: Disodium Diphosphate.
