Strawberry Smooriken Gourmet Marshmallow

Hand crafted Gourmet Marshmallow made carefully by hand, by Island Larder in Shetland, Scotland. These marshmallows are incredibly soft, tasty, billowy and full of flavour. Made in small batches to ensure the highest quality.

This gourmet Strawberry Smooriken marshmallow is topped with creamy strawberry chocolate curls. Its name, deriving from the word 'Kiss' in Shetland Dialect, adds a nice touch to its already exquisite flavour.

Ingredients: Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Gelatine (Powdered beef gelatine Sulphites), Water, Icing Sugar, Corn Flour, Strawberry Curls (Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole Milk powder, Whey powder, Lactose, Emulsifier: E322 (sunflower lecithin), Natural vanilla flavouring Natural flavour Colouring: E120) Strawberry Oil (Monopropylene Glycol, Natural Flavourings).
