Rustic Oatcakes

Making use of skills handed down over generations & quality local ingredients, Orkney Bakery produce premium biscuits & oatcakes that mirror the uniqueness of their island home.

These Rustic Oatcakes are made to a traditional Scottish recipe. They are delicious served with cheese or eaten on their own with lashings of Scottish butter.  You may even wish to add some of our locally made jam if you prefer something a little sweeter.

Ingredients: OATMEAL,  Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Vegetable Oils (Palm & Rapeseed), Salt, Skimmed MILK Powder, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate. Sugar, Raising Agent: Disodium Diphosphate.

Allergens: Contains WHEAT, OATS & MILK; may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, egg, & soya

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
