By using only aged out whisky casks – each one having serviced the whisky industry for several decades – and a smoking process that has remained largely unchanged for hundreds of years, they capture the heritage and flavour of Scotland in everything produced.

In these popular Whisky Smoked Firecracker Cashews, Hawkhead marry the tradition of Scotch Whisky with the contemporary taste of shichimi togarashi, a Japanese seven-spice blend of chilli pepper, sesame, seaweed and citrus. The warming umami heat builds slowly with each mouthful & will add a warming sizzle to a light G&T or refreshing lager.
