Beremeal Oatcakes

Making use of skills handed down over generations & quality local ingredients, Orkney Bakery produce premium biscuits & oatcakes that mirror the uniqueness of their island home.

These Beremeal Oatcakes are made to a traditional Scottish recipe with Beremeal flour grown & milled in the Orkney Isles. They are delicious served with cheese or eaten on their own with lashings of Scottish butter.  You may even wish to add some of our locally made jam if you prefer something a little sweeter.

Ingredients: OATMEAL, Vegetable Fats (Palm & Rapeseed), WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), BEREMEAL Flour (14%), Dark Brown Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder (Raising Agents: E450, E500, Fortified WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin (B3), Thiamin (B1)).

Allergens: Contains WHEAT & OATS; may contain traces of peanuts, nuts, egg, & soya

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened store in an airtight container.
