Bowtie in Campbell Dress Modern Tartan
Made of pure wool in a light weight tartan (Reiver 10 oz. fabric) by Lochcarron of Scotland. With a heritage dating back to 1892, Lochcarron of Scotland is the world’s leading manufacturer of tartan. The neck strap fastens at the side with a latch and is fully adjustable. It is ideal to wear with matching kilt or trews for a formal event like a wedding. It could also be worn with a matching Cummerbund and black tuxedo or with a tartan waistcoat.
The Clan Campbell is a Highland Scottish clan. Historically one of the largest and most powerful of the Highland clans, their lands were in Argyll and the Chieftan of the clan became the Earl and later the Duke of Argyll. The Campbell Clan is linked with the Clan Colquhoun through marriage of Iona (now Iona, Duchess of Argyll), the daughter of the late Sir Ivar Colquhoun of Luss, to the late Duke of Argyll.
